Hooked is owned and operated by a local group of food lovers who set out to establish one goal: provide the best seafood in the region . We've acheived some of our goals, but we're continually modifying our offering to what our loyal guests have come to expect.
Combining the best of Eastern and Western hemispheres, Hooked offers our guests a unique and enjoyable dining experience. All of our fish is imported daily, and filleted on site. The sushi is prepared in the traditional Japanese style- large decadent slices of fish, with a smaller (than normal) amount of rice. Our cooked seafood dishes are designed with the intent of extracting the best of the fish flavors, and not overly complimented with heavy sauces and garnishes. Over 90% of our fish is sustainable, and we strive to help our local community by purchasing local produce.

· Request have to be made 90 days in advance of the event
· If the qualifications are met above, Hooked can only make a donation one time in a 3
year period. This is in effort to contribute to as many groups as possible.
